Protecting Your Property

Florida leads the nation in "drive-by" ADA lawsuits, where individuals specifically target hotels, condominiums, and HOAs that lack compliant pool entry methods. The cost of settling these lawsuits far exceeds the cost of simply installing the proper equipment. We provide peace of mind by auditing your entire pool deck.

Perimeter Measurements

The 300-foot rule is strict. We measure the exact linear footage of your pool walls to determine if you are required by federal law to provide one, or two, accessible means of entry.

Depth & Clearance Checks

You cannot just place a lift anywhere. The law dictates that a lift must be installed where the water level does not exceed 48 inches in depth. Furthermore, there must be a clear deck space of at least 36 inches behind the lift to accommodate wheelchair turning.

Existing Equipment Assessment

Many properties installed lifts in 2012 when the law passed, and haven't touched them since. We inspect your existing lift to ensure the battery works, the actuator isn't seized, and the footrests are intact. A broken lift is treated by the law exactly the same as having no lift at all.
