Concrete Pad Leveling

A rock-solid foundation for your new pool equipment.

Stop the Sinking

You wouldn't build a house on sand, so why place $5,000 worth of pool equipment on a hollow piece of plastic? As plastic pads warp and sink into the Florida soil, they drag the equipment down with them. This puts massive torque on your PVC pipes, leading to cracked pump housings, broken bulkheads, and constant air leaks.

Ripping Out the Plastic

During a full pad upgrade, since the equipment is already removed, we take the opportunity to rip out the warped plastic pads, level and tamp the ground, and build a proper wood frame.

Custom Concrete Pours

We pour a solid, level concrete slab designed to fit the exact footprint of your new equipment. A solid slab ensures that your 300-pound heat pump and water-filled filter tank stay perfectly level for decades.

Hurricane Anchoring

Florida building codes require pool heaters and pumps to be securely anchored. By pouring a thick concrete pad, we have a solid substrate to install the required Tapcon screws and hurricane tie-downs, ensuring your equipment doesn't shift during extreme weather.
