The Main Event
The day your fiberglass shell is delivered is the most exciting day of the project. Because the shell is manufactured in a controlled factory environment, you don't have to worry about weather delays ruining a plaster pour. We coordinate the heavy logistics, using massive cranes to lift the shell over your house and drop it perfectly into the excavated footprint.
Logistics & Delivery
Transporting a 30-foot pool shell requires specialized wide-load trailers and expert coordination. We handle the delivery logistics, street blocking permits, and crane scheduling to ensure a smooth arrival.
Laser Leveling
A pool that is unlevel is visually obvious and structurally compromised. As the crane lowers the shell, our team uses laser transits to ensure the pool is perfectly level within fractions of an inch before the final release.
Premium Gel Coats
The interior of the shell is finished with an advanced, UV-resistant gel coat. This non-porous surface feels silky smooth on your feet, will not snag swimsuits, and prevents algae from taking root, making weekly maintenance a breeze.
