URGENT RECOVERY SERVICES

From Green Swamp to Crystal Clear

Whether you fell behind on maintenance or acquired a foreclosed property, we eradicate severe algae and restore safe, swimmable water.

A Green Pool is a Liability

Mosquito Breeding Ground

Stagnant, untreated water is the perfect incubator for mosquitoes. In Florida, this drastically increases the risk of vector-borne illnesses for your family and neighbors.

Code Violations

Municipalities and HOAs actively monitor for green pools. Ignoring the problem can quickly lead to hefty daily fines and citations from local code enforcement.

Hidden Dangers

When you cannot see the bottom of the pool, you cannot see what is in it. This creates a severe drowning hazard for pets and children, as well as hiding broken glass or debris.

Real Estate Professionals

Don't Let a Swamp Kill Your Showing

A black or green pool instantly lowers property value and scares away potential buyers. We work directly with Realtors, property managers, and investors to execute fast-turnaround cleanups on foreclosures and neglected listings.

  • Expedited scheduling to meet open house deadlines.
  • Equipment assessments to ensure the system actually runs.
  • Acid washing available for permanently stained plaster.

Our "Green to Clean" Process

1

Heavy Debris Removal

We blind-net the bottom of the pool to remove pounds of rotting leaves, palm fronds, and debris that act as food for the algae.

2

The Chemical Bomb

We administer a heavy dose of liquid chlorine, algaecides, and specialized enzymes to kill the biological growth. We then use a "flocculant" to drop all the dead matter directly to the pool floor.

3

Vacuum to Waste

We use an independent vacuum system to suck the dead algae off the floor and pump it straight out into the cleanout—bypassing your filter so it doesn't get ruined.

Does the pool have permanent stains?

Sometimes algae and rotting leaves leave permanent organic stains on the plaster that chemicals alone cannot fix. In these cases, a full drain and Acid Wash is required.
