Restoring Control

Whether you have a classic yellow-dial mechanical timer or a state-of-the-art smart hub connected to your Wi-Fi, if the control panel breaks, the pool dies. We troubleshoot the complex low-voltage communication lines and high-voltage relays to get your system communicating again.

Mechanical Timers (Intermatic)

If your T104M timer isn't spinning, or if the "trippers" hit the switch but the pump doesn't turn on, the internal contacts have likely pitted and burnt out. We can pop out the old mechanism and snap a new one in, restoring your daily filtration schedule.

Smart Relays

In an automation panel, your phone tells the computer to send a 24V signal to a relay, which then closes a heavy 240V contact to start a pump. When these relays fail, you'll hear a "click" but nothing happens. We test and replace these modular relays safely.

PCB Board & Com-Link Diagnostics

If your Variable Speed pump displays a "Communication Lost" error, the data cable between the pump and the mainboard (RS-485 connection) is either severed or the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) has been damaged by a power surge. We isolate the boards to pinpoint the failure without replacing unnecessary parts.
