When a Garden Hose Isn't Enough
Over time, sunscreen, body oils, pollen, and hard calcium scale embed themselves deep into the microscopic pores of your filter cartridges or DE grids. When this happens, water struggles to push through, causing your filter pressure to skyrocket and your return jets to feel weak.
High Pressure & Low Flow
If your pressure gauge is reading 8 to 10 PSI higher than its clean starting pressure, your pump is working overtime. This wastes electricity and can cause the pump motor to overheat. A deep clean resets your pressure.
Degreasing
We use specialized enzymatic cleaners to break down organic waste, suntan lotions, and oils that act like glue inside your filter elements, restoring their ability to catch fine debris.
Acid Washing for Scale
Florida water is notoriously hard. Calcium scale crystallizes inside the filter pleats, turning them stiff and rigid. We perform a carefully measured muriatic acid soak to dissolve the minerals without destroying the fabric.
