Fan Motor & Blade Replacement
Quiet your noisy heater and restore proper airflow to your heat pump.
Airflow is Everything for a Heat Pump
Electric heat pumps rely entirely on pulling warm ambient air across the evaporator coil. If your top-discharge fan is struggling, seized, or missing blades, your heater cannot physically extract heat from the air.
Screeching Bearings
If your heater sounds like a jet engine or is emitting a high-pitched metallic squeal, the sealed bearings inside the fan motor have failed. The motor must be replaced before it seizes entirely.
Fan Won't Spin
If you hear the compressor kick on but the fan blades aren't moving, the system will overheat and trigger a "High Pressure" error. We diagnose whether it's the motor itself or just a bad fan capacitor.
Broken Blades & Debris
Falling palm fronds and severe storms can easily crack the plastic fan blades. Running a heater with an unbalanced fan blade will violently shake the unit and destroy the motor. We clear debris and install perfectly balanced OEM blades.
