Structural Wall & Floor Repair
Fixing what's underneath guarantees the beauty on top.
The Hidden Half of Liner Replacement
When we cut out your old, faded liner, we often uncover years of hidden structural damage. Groundwater washouts leave deep divots in the sand bottom, and leaking skimmers cause the steel wall panels to rust and flake. Dropping a new liner over these issues guarantees a disaster. We expertly prep the shell so your new liner rests on a flawless foundation.
Floor Patching & Troweling
Any divot, footprint, or rock in the pool floor will be visible and felt through the new liner. We use a specialized vermiculite/cement mix to patch washouts, hand-troweling the entire floor to a perfectly smooth finish.
Rust Treatment & Taping
If your pool has galvanized steel walls, we wire-brush any surface rust, apply a heavy-duty rust-inhibiting spray, and tape over the panel joints with duct tape to ensure the steel cannot pinch or abrade the new vinyl.
Protective Wall Foam
Before the liner goes in, we hang a layer of 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch closed-cell wall foam using heavy-duty spray adhesive. This creates a soft, insulated barrier between your new liner and the hard steel walls, preventing friction tears and extending the life of the vinyl.
